Hello
I’m Sophie,
A Chartered Health Psychologist and educator, practicing for over 8 years within NHS funded services. I took this path after overcoming personal battles with my health. I wanted to help others who were struggling and realised this needed to take the form of a holistic view of health and well-being.
I have a special interest in disordered eating and am passionate about assisting people on their journey to a healthy relationship with food, fitness and their bodies.
